I spent a few week days at the Primavera Hotel in Almaty and had an excellent stay. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. A great choice for both business and leisure trips. I would happily return.

Здравствуйте! Номер чистый, уютный, все ванные принадлежности были в номере. Wi-Fi отличный. Завтрак хороший. Было бы отлично, если бы у отеля, был договор с кафе "Coffe Boom", это кафе четь дальше, но там все вкуснее. Также, той суммы, которая выделяется на завтрак, не хватает на минимальный набор. Например: По меню, "Сытный завтрак" + кофе, по прайсу выходит на 600-800 тенге дороже талончика. В остальном все отлично.

I liked that the hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The dryer was fantastic, the location was good, and I really appreciated that the bathroom had a hose for washing. There was also a nice kids’ play area on the ground. Overall, it felt very comfortable and convenient.
The only things I didn’t like were the breakfast arrangement, since it was only partially covered by a coupon and I had to pay extra, and the fact that there wasn’t anyone available to help with the luggage.
