Waters Edge 212

The location was great. We had a fabulous time. Its really nice to be able to walk to the beach, the grocery store, the food carts. I loved not having to get in the car to drive somewhere. We had TV trouble and after not being able to fix it over the phone he came right away to help reconnect wires.

When we arrived the TV didn't work. I assume the people before us unplugged the HDMI cord and plugged in there own equipment. It was never set back up to normal. Maybe that could be checked out before the next guests arrive. Also the toilet has a hard time flushing. You have to hold down the handle until it flushes. (No Sign) That being said we still had to use the plunger 4 times. I didn't like being quoted a price and then after you hit reserve it shows up as a different price, much higher. I almost didn't book it because of that.

The bottom (floor bottom of bathtub) needs to be refinished, does not look good, Looks dirty. Pile of bird dropping on balcony. (Been there awhile.) Bird droppings on outside balcony window. Cracked tile in front of refrigerator. Slow television reception. Could use a new coffee maker. White to off white color stained with coffee. Works well, just doesn't look good. On arrival key box would not open. Had to call Waters Edge main office to get a new code to get into our room.
