All communications were fast and easy, location is perfect. Generous things coffee/tea, condiments, and chocolates is great. And a washing machine a bonus!
The room could do with a small couch. And the stairs are ok, given it’s a wide stairwell - but perhaps difficult for older people with suitcases?

Spacious and great location, walking distance to the old town. Host was very helpful, flexible and welcoming.
The apartment was located at the top of 8 flights of stairs which with a 20kg suitcase would have been useful to know ahead of time.
