The only concerns were the frying pans in the kitchen. They are not non-stick and the do not have lids. This made cooking breakfast a bit of an adventure. Small thing, but with everything else being awesome, some better pans would be an easy fix.

It was very clean. It was setup with everything we needed.

It was very clean, had everything we needed, and most importantly close to U of Oregon. Plenty of towels, bedding was good, all the expected kitchen items (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc). It was also very nice that they included some eggs, bread, milk and individual cereals for breakfast, and a few bottled waters! Communication was easy as was checking in.
Owner asked us if we could check out early (they had someone coming right after us and wanted to be able to clean) which of course we could have said no but we did end up leaving early. Just left me feeling like we're some guests overstaying our welcome.
