The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. The place was well equipped and very clean. From the balcony you can see a lovely view of the rooftops of the town and the ocean. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
There are stairs to access the entrance to the building as well as to the third floor, where the apartment is located. The building is equipped with an elevator, but it only goes to the second floor. Having read the reviews prior to booking, it was not a problem for us - just something others should be aware of when booking.

We loved the nice touches, like having beach umbrellas available for the guests. Also, the tourism office is only a couple of blocks away and provides bicycles rentals for free.
There is no air conditioning, so a portable fan would be a good idea to have in the house for the summer months.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr Nahe am Meer, leider waren der Platz an den Müllcontainern verschmutzt. Sehr nette Leute im Haus.
