Super Lage und super sauber!

Das Bett für unser Empfinden sehr hart. Leider stellte sich erst vor Ort in der Tiefgarage heraus, dass wir unser Motorrad dort nicht abstellen durften! Tatsächlich suchen wir immer Quartiere mit einer sicheren Abstellmöglichkeit, das gehört zu den Entscheidungskriterien. Zumindest gab es nach einem kurzen Telefonat anstandslos das Geld zurück. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr freundlich.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There was an intoxicated man at the building entrance. Since there was no entry code, he tried to enter when other guests were going in, but I noticed and didn’t let him in. He then got angry, forced the automatic doors open with his hands, and sat down in front of the elevators drinking alcohol. I called the hotel staff to report it — they said they would take care of it, but hours passed and the man was still sitting there, which was quite frightening. Later, I also wrote to the 24-hour WhatsApp support line, but I never received a response. Apart from that, the room was freezing cold at night. There was no proper heating system like radiators, and the air conditioning only blew cold air even when I set it to warm.
