Huset ligger med udsigt til skov og mark. Meget roligt og perfekt til afslapning. Velindrettet hus med gode faciliteter og plads til en stor familie. Mulighed for vandring i skov med flotte landskabelige træk i nærområdet. Meget lækker pool, som blev holdt rent af værterne. Velfungerende aircondition i alle rum.
Der var lidt problemer med kloaklugt, som værter var opmærksomme på skulle udbedres, men under hele opholdet var der til tider dårlig lugt i huset. Der manglede en instruktion til indstilling af jacuzzien, som var lækker og ny, men for svær at indstille uden vejledning. Værterne var imidlertid meget hjælpsomme og stod klar ved enhver henvendelse. Det ville være fantastisk, hvis der var en oplader til el-bil på matriklen.
