Heading to the second floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds. There's also a newly updated full bathroom on this floor, ensuring everyone's comfort and convenience.
One of the standout features of this rental is its incredible proximity to the beach. Mere moments will take you to Colonial Acres Beach, and a short drive will bring you to Seagull Beach, Yarmouth's largest town beach. Additionally, the property is conveniently located near downtown Hyannis, offering easy access to Hyannis Harbor, shopping, golf, mini-golf, tennis, and a variety of restaurants. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Very comfortable house with modern kitchen and baths. We had everything we needed and had a truly lived-in experience. Very easy walk or quick bike to the beach. My youngest rode his scooter. Plenty of entertainment options in the area.

We had a great time at our stay. The house was perfect walking distance to the beach/bay which was perfect for the kids. Didn't have much for waves but that didn't bother us. The house came fully equipped and was in really good shape. My only compliant about the house was the master bed was very uncomfortable and some up the upstairs rooms where a little dated but overall a great house and a great week. I would definitely stay here again it was perfect for our family.
