We had a great stay in this 1-bedroom upstairs unit. It had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay, and the location was very convenient—being close to the casino was definitely a plus. The owner was wonderful and made everything easy, which helped us feel comfortable and welcome. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy stay.

Charles and Lynn were exceptional hosts who created a truly warm and welcoming environment. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into.The property itself was beautiful and well cared for, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. It was clear that great attention is given to creating a positive guest experience.We especially appreciated the kindness and hospitality extended to us, including the thoughtful touches that made our stay feel personal. Communication was clear and helpful throughout.We left with wonderful memories of our time in Danville and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, we made breakfast and dinner. Bathroom was nice, shower was great.

Charles was always available and welcomed our questions. He was friendly, professional and had great communication. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows and lines available to us. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the front enclosed patio. As far as location goes— the area felt safe and parking on the street was not as bad as I initially thought. We were there for a concert at the Caesar’s Casino so the proximity to it from the house was perfect. Danville is a small town so everything was a short drive. We do have some recommendations, proper lighting at night to the stairs leading to the apartment would have been helpful. The apartment did have a little musty smell, so an air purifier could help to make the air cleaner and help with the smell. I am thinking it was because it had been a while since someone stay there cause the place was immaculately clean.
