The gourmet Dacor kitchen is a chef’s dream: 48" gas range, 36" refrigerator, 36” freezer, 24” wine cabinet, electric oven, state-of-the-art microwave, and a hidden butler’s pantry with its own sink and dishwasher. Oversized cantina doors open to a large outdoor entertaining space with patio seating, dining, a Blackstone griddle, and BBQ. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed, and a lush, flower-filled entrance sets a welcoming tone.

Home Details & Policies:
• Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles; RV parking available (size check required). Street parking for 6 vehicles—street sweeping on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays. This is posted on local signs—be sure to check them to avoid tickets.
• Smoke-free property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, an additional $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM) strictly enforced. No outside speakers or sound systems will be allowed on our property; noise ordinance violations may incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
• There is nothing more important to us at Top of Seal Beach than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
• As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
• IDs requested for verification after booking; bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
• All prices include fees; no hidden costs.
• We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
• Guest Booking Agreement must be signed
