The house itself was good. Very Clean and up to date with the furnishings.But....NO T.V.'s in any of the bedrooms, and ceiling fans instead of overhead lights would be better in the rooms due to the Florida heat.Also, be aware that the properties in this development are VERY close together (Less than 10 feet), and if you have a neighbor that doesn't follow the "Quiet Hours", it can put a damper on your family's' vacation.Also, this property is a good 30 minutes from Disney, and close to 45 minutes to IDrive activities (ICon Park, The Pointe, etc.)
