Perfectly located for walking to downtown restaurants, theaters, bars, parks, and events — just steps from Mobile’s museums, Mardi Gras routes, and nightlife. 15 min walk to convention center or 5 min golf cart ride.

Grab your morning coffee just a 10-minute walk away at Starbucks or Nova Espresso, our favorite neighborhood café serving great tacos. Bama Belle Homes has a style for you.

For easy downtown transportation, try Lime scooters or golf carts — no car needed. Explore shopping, antiques, breweries, bars, and waterfront attractions: 3-minute walk to Red Or White, 5-minute walk to Moe’s BBQ or local breweries, 10-minute walk to Callahan’s or Ice Box.
Quick drives take you to beaches, golf courses, or Mobile Infirmary (5 minutes).
**Note:** We have a brand new June 2026 oversized AC Unit - During extreme heat (triple-digit temps), AC may struggle to maintain temperatures below mid 70s in the warmest parts of the day. This is an older historic home with original wood flooring and uneven floors.

3rd Bedroom - Double Bed - medium mattress. (Nov 2025)
Maintain your pets on leads as per city laws and be aware that you may see off lead dogs in Mobile. The city and AL dog owners are lax in comparison to other cities.

Beautifully restored historic home. Clean well furnished attractive in GREAT location near downtown attractions and easy access to interstate s.Cons: floors were uneven; no door in rear bath; could have used better lighting ie lamps.Best for adults although the 9 year old with us gave it 4 stars.

The cottage was great and had everything we needed. The fenced in backyard was awesome for my dog as were the other little dog touches. The communication with the hosts was good and very responsive. Overall, nice place!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Had everything I needed for a trip to mobile for Mardi Gras. Close to the downtown but also quiet at night time. The bedrooms were cozy, with plenty of room. The house was beautiful and I love the historic bones of the house. Large backyard. Walking in to the house with a hand written note and complimentary treats was the cherry on top. I just wish my stay here was longer, would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we still love it. It is in a perfect location for Mardi Gras, easily walkable to the parade route. The house itself is lovely and well-kept, and the host is very responsive.
