Complete and well decorated, it has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (1 suite with smart TV), living room with smart TV and WI-FI, balcony and full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Located in a modern condominium in Barra, with a swimming pool, sauna and gym on the top floor. It has a living room with OMO laundry (payment directly through the app) and pool table, co-working space with meeting room, private garage

- All guests are required to provide identification documents in order to gain access to the property.

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed linen, blanket, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- Loud music is prohibited
- Parties and events are prohibited
- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited
- PETS are prohibited
- Guests are not permitted to use the Gourmet Area (barbecue area) or the Lounge or Rooftop for events.
- Guests are not permitted to walk through the common areas and elevators if they are wet, covered in sand, or in swimwear.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on business days, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out.
- Space 602 (lower parking - second space at the end of the entrance straight).
