CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide identification to gain access to the property

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us)
GAB DISPOSAL - The condominium does not collect garbage at the entrance of the units. Garbage containers are provided on each floor of the condominium's garages.
LOCATION RESTRICTIONS
- Loud music is prohibited
- Parties and events are prohibited
- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited
- PETS are prohibited
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, you will not reach this limit, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.
