Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and sleep soundly in our comfortable quality beds. Whether you're in town for work or play, you'll love the seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and location—just minutes from shops, cafes, and local attractions.

Guest Access:
You’ll come across a short staircase as soon as you enter the building, on the way to the unit. Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $75 per pet. Dogs/cats may not be left unattended unless properly crated and must observe designated quiet hours. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed on furniture.
Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.

Incredible location for finding just about anything in walking distance. Could not have asked for a better location. Communication with the owner was great. But, the place was old and the steam heating was loud and tougher to dial in. Nearby parking ramp was best or you have to get lucky for parking. A nice place for a getaway.

Great communication, the property was just as described and we loved the location. We only wish we had more time in Chicago and will definitely look into booking this again next time we come to visit.
