Welcome to our beautifully remodeled waterfront home, nestled in the exclusive and serene Harbor Island Community—just a quick 10-minute drive from the heart of Downtown Coeur d'Alene. Located in one of the safest areas of Harbor Island, this property offers peace of mind and a quiet, friendly neighborhood environment that's perfect for families and those looking to unwind. This is a 4 bedroom and 4 full bath home (Please see guest policy below).
Set directly on the Spokane River with easy access to stunning Lake Coeur d’Alene, the home features a large Dock to tie off your boat or jet ski to. A neighborhood boat launch is conveniently located just one block away, making it simple to get out and explore the lake.
This home is designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. A separate guest suite includes a private bedroom and full bathroom, giving visitors their own space and privacy. The fully gated front and back yards provide a secure and worry-free environment where children can play freely and safely.
Guests also have access to a variety of watercraft, including a kayak, paddleboard, and paddle boat, perfect for enjoying the beautiful riverfront setting at your own pace. Whether you're after outdoor adventure or peaceful relaxation, this home offers the perfect combination of comfort, safety, and recreation. Garage is not accessible for this rental.
Please note: No pets are allowed on the property, as our son has a severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. **Boat lift and jet ski lift are not for use. There is ample spots on the dock to tie off to.” PLEASE NO GUESTS OR MORE THAN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON THE RSVP WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Neighbors have already reported two incidents, and we are very strict with this due to insurance restrictions. You will unfortunately be asked to leave if this occurs.

We stayed at this beautiful home for four nights with our large family, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The location is incredible—right on the Spokane River with peaceful views and easy water access. The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay.There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and we especially appreciated the separate apartment space above the garage—it gave us a little extra flexibility. The main living area is open and welcoming, perfect for hanging out, playing games, or cooking meals together. The deck quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and quiet evenings.The private dock and boat lift were a huge bonus—we spent a lot of time on the water and loved how easy it was to come and go. Everything was just so convenient.We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes, and this one really stood out. It felt peaceful, well cared for, and thoughtfully set up for guests. Thank you for sharing your home with us—we’re already hoping to come back!
