Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and private decks. You’ll also enjoy exclusive use of the hot tub, and on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles. Featuring a beachfront location, an ocean view, and beach chairs, this vacation home is a great spot to soak up some sun. Enjoy some of the nearby water activities including sailing, boating, surfing, and scuba diving.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a peaceful beachfront neighborhood along Island Drive, this home offers the perfect blend of quiet coastal living and easy access to local favorites. Just steps from the sand, you're also a short drive away from beloved spots like Splash by the Sea, Seaview Pier Restaurant, and Shaka Taco. Explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center, take in the views at Surf City Ocean Pier, or spend the day kayaking and paddleboarding in the nearby sound. Whether you're craving fresh seafood, planning a family adventure, or simply enjoying a laid-back beach day, everything you need is close by.
Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft may be available, but can be limited, especially during peak times—so having a vehicle is recommended for convenience. Free parking is provided on-site. The beach is just a few steps away.

**ESSENTIALS**
• Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.
• To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
• There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided.
• For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee.
Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.

Such a well stocked house. We stay in a lot of rentals and this was by far the best as far as providing essentials. The layout was also perfect for our group. The beach is beautiful, extremely close and the hot tub was clean and fun. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for families, game room is great, had optional gates on stairs for toddlers/dogs, kitchen had everything (even a waffle maker), bathrooms for every room, very convenient.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Bathrooms had TP and showers came with shampoo conditioners and body wash. The outdoor storage closet all everything you could need for a day at the beach. Tons of games to play in the living room. We had a great time. The host was responsive and accommodating. Just a wonderful time and we would book the house again. With a big group you may want some coolers for drinks to free up space in the fridge.

The view was amazing!!! Our beds were comfortable! We cooked in and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did travel with our four-legged diva, Sasha, and the pet gates were amazing. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations!! Everything was wonderful!!
