Welcome to the Perch Lake Bungalow! Nestled in the scenic Bay of Perch Lake in Baxter, Minnesota, this charming getaway is the perfect place for families and friends to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.

The bungalow features two bedrooms with two queen beds and one king bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a lake getaway, or a relaxing weekend with friends, this home offers something for everyone.

Unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill on the deck, and enjoy beautiful west-facing sunsets. With plenty of activities for kids, outdoor fun, and a convenient location close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, the Perch Lake Bungalow is an inviting home base for your next getaway.

Outdoor Fun & Amenities

There's plenty to keep everyone entertained! Relax in the hot tub, enjoy a cookout on the deck, or spend time outside taking in the fresh air and beautiful sunsets.

Kids will love the outdoor playhouse, sandbox, and variety of outdoor toys. Inside, you'll find books, games, and toys to keep little ones entertained on quieter days.

For guests looking to get out on the water, a public boat landing is nearby, making it easy to bring your boat and explore Perch Lake. Kayaks, paddle boats, and other lake flotation equipment may also be available for use.

The Perch Lake Bungalow is centrally located in Baxter, Minnesota, with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options just a short drive away.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love having the Paul Bunyan Trail right next to the property, including the enchanting Baxter Fairy Door section. This family-friendly stretch features whimsical little houses tucked into the trees, toys, storybook characters, and even a mini library for children to discover along the way.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, you may also spot friendly goats just off the trail who love a little snack!

With lake activities, nearby trails, family-friendly attractions, and convenient access to local amenities, there's plenty to explore during your stay.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house and the outdoor yard space, with the exception of the following restricted areas:

Locked pantry area

Locked basement area

Garage

The neighboring garage is located behind the house. Please respect the neighbors' space and do not enter or use this area.

All other outdoor yard space is available for guests to enjoy.

House Rules & Important Things to Know

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Hot Tub: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Please use it responsibly and follow all posted safety guidelines.

Pets Welcome: We welcome up to 2 pets with prior approval. A pet fee of $80 per pet applies. Please contact us in advance to request approval for your pets and arrange payment of the pet fee before your stay.

Lake & Water Equipment: Use of the lake, kayaks, paddle boats, and other lake flotation equipment is at your own risk. Please exercise caution and supervise children around the water.

Security Cameras: For security purposes, cameras are located at the front door and in the hot tub/fire pit area.

Pest Prevention: The house is protected with a Decon pest-prevention system as part of routine pest management.
