CHECK IN
- Identification documents are requested from all guests to allow access to the place. At check-in, they will be checked at reception and Face ID will be provided.
BEEHOST MAKES AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
The property will be made available with the basic layette kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bed cover, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in a replacement, you will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soap, face towel, bathroom flooring, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is at the guest's expense)
The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our rates receive discounts according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, you will be charged separately. Contact us)

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Glass, crockery and sound are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance and may be changed by decision of the building administration
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors operate on working days, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediment to check-in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is rotating and therefore subject to availability.
- We provide guests with an allowance of 10kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Tariff of R$1.20 per kWh.
