With a spacious and open-plan living area of 125 m², this comfortable loft-style holiday accommodation offers space for up to three people, ideal for couples, small families or business travellers and friends of the open-plan living concept who are looking for a relaxing stay on the beautiful and peaceful Höri peninsula.
The location of the Seeapartments is incomparable: just 250 metres from the sparkling waters of Lake Constance, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Untersee towards Constance and the island of Reichenau. In the immediate vicinity you will find a Mediterranean restaurant, a bakery, an ice cream parlour (only open in summer) and a harbour kiosk (also only open in summer). A regional supermarket is 650 metres away and the nearest public transport stop is just 100 metres away, offering you additional flexibility.
The modern flat is located in the centre of Gaienhofen on the 2nd floor and is equipped with many thoughtful details to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The large, open-plan kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Here you will also find a coffee machine, kettle and toaster to prepare the perfect breakfast or coffee treats.
