About this apartment rental
My straw hut "Les cocotiers" is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with your partner or family at any time of the year. Meal facing the sea, exotic night in the bamboo bed and straw hut décor. Admire the sea, cradled in the hammock.
Park your car in the secure and free parking lot with a designated space. Everything is done on foot!
Beach, bars and restaurants 250 m/3 min walk. Port 8 min walk by the pedestrian streets on the way out, lined with shops.

Accommodation completely refurbished and decorated in a "straw hut" style for a romantic or family dinner with a small sea view in the loggia. Large opening of the bay window to enjoy the sea view, on the 2nd floor.
A hammock is installed to lull you while admiring the sea. (supports 200kg)
2 beds:
- a bamboo bed 140X190 for an exotic escape with new and thick hotel-quality mattress
- a sofa bed.
Sheets and towels provided. Hairdryer included.
Kitchen equipped with plenty of crockery. Microwave, coffee maker and real coffee for arrival.
Washing machine, line for hanging laundry, laundry, small ironing board and iron.
Self-arrival and exit with key box. Cleaning service after each departure. All codes and instructions will be sent the same day. You can also reach me if necessary, with pleasure.

The accommodations are accessible with a key box for a totally autonomous arrival at any time from 4pm, or later at your convenience, with a code that you will receive just before your arrival.
The accommodation has 2 entrances:
On the day of arrival you will have to go through the Allée de la Flânerie with the code provided, which leads to the beach and the port.
Then, in the apartment you will find the keys to park your car in the secure residence, on the street side, in front of the apartment. A parking space is assigned and included in the price.
