Located near the Morsum Wadden Sea, this quiet and exceptionally cozy, non-smoking house—built in 1993 in the traditional Frisian style and measuring approximately 135 square meters—is the perfect place for a wonderful vacation. For your comfort, this beautiful house features a light-filled living area with an open kitchen and a view of the garden, as well as a high-end hi-fi system, a 55-inch TV with cable and internet streaming, a Blu-ray/DVD and CD player, internet radio, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with all standard kitchen appliances (dishwasher, oven, freezer), a Nespresso machine, and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the abundance of wood in this house, antique tiles on the floors and walls, traditional Sylt-style built-in cabinetry in the rooms, tasteful furnishings, and a harmonious interior design.
The upper floor features a bedroom with a 180-cm-wide double bed, as well as another bedroom with a single bed (bunk bed), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is equipped with a safe for your valuables.
The basement features a third bedroom for two people with a 180-cm-wide double bed, as well as a sauna where you can truly relax. A shower, a separate toilet, and an utility room with a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board are among the other amenities on this level.
