Our suite is located above our garage and is accessible via a full flight of stairs. Due to the number of stairs, this suite may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. We want all guests to be comfortable and safe, so please consider this when booking.
Because our home is newly built, we have just begun the landscaping process. While the suite is fully finished, clean, and beautifully appointed, the outdoor areas are still a work in progress. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to consider this when booking your stay.

11 out of 10. Beautiful spot and a beautiful well appointed two bedroom suite over the homeowners garage. New, well finished with all the amenities. The owners are great hosts and you can see they take pride in their property. Nice bottle of wine and chocolates from a local shop were waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful suite and location! The suite was well stocked, beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless.The view of Okanagan Lake is stunning, and it was so peaceful and quiet. Falling asleep to the sound of the crickets and loons on the lake was an added bonus. We will definitely be back!!

We loved our stay at the Pixie Beach Lake house. It’s a beautiful place with great views and easy access to the Lake. The guesthouse has meticulous furnishings and amenities. Kitchen is perfectly stocked with all you need along with a great Weber BBQ on the balcony. The linen and bedroom accommodations are furnished with great taste and most comfortable. Most importantly, the host & hostess were very helpful and gracious having made our stay most comfortable with all information needed for walks and hikes and everything in-between. We will most certainly return to the Lake House at our next visit to the area.
