5) Children/Pets must be supervised by an adult in the backyard/pool area
6) No Smoking/ Firearms/fire crackers inside or around the property. You maybe fined up to $1500 for any violations plus asked to pay damages
7) We have 2 cameras overlooking the property (front & deck)
8) We may ask for Government ID at check in
9) Please follow checkout instructions
10) Max 1 pet unless host allows
11) Please note that check-in may be canceled without eligibility for a refund if both the Online Guest Registration and Swimming Pool Waiver are not completed prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and we appreciated the central AC along with plenty of fans for extra airflow. The pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also fantastic—we could walk to a nearby brewery, and the beach was just a short drive away. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This house proved to be a great, clean place to stay. We immediately noticed how well-maintained the property was, which made for a very comfortable experience. It was also very good for a bigger group, offering ample space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.One of the highlights was definitely the location. We were conveniently close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Even better, the beach was also within easy reach, which was a huge plus for our vacation. The combination of a clean, spacious, and well-located property made this an ideal choice for our group. We would definitely recommend it to others, especially those traveling with a larger party looking to be near the action and the shore.

A Perfect Getaway!My stay at this charming home was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The house itself is great – beautifully maintained, spotless, and incredibly comfortable.The location couldn't be better. It's wonderfully close to both the town and the beach, making it super convenient to explore everything the area has to offer. Whether I wanted to grab a coffee in town or enjoy a walk by the water, everything was just a short stroll away.Overall, it's a wonderfully cozy place that provides the perfect retreat. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!
