The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin, and single. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area, furniture and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. 3 Birkbeck Way is a wonderful escape to Norfolk, whatever time of year.

Town: The medieval and cultural city of Norwich is the capital of East Anglia. Norwich boasts some of the finest buildings in Britain, with two cathedrals, a Norman castle and several large houses. Elm Hill is one of the oldest streets in Norwich, with beautiful cobblestones and Tudor houses, some now home to independent shops. Norwich also offers art galleries, museums, theatres and cinemas, as well as beautiful parks and gardens. Visit its stylish pubs, cafés and restaurants and enjoy its excellent shopping facilities. Tour the city by open-top bus, along cycle pathways, or walk one of its many trails and the river walk. For those wishing to relax, spend a leisurely day on board a boat enjoying the nearby, beautiful Norfolk Broads. The coastline is also within easy travelling distance, offering a fun day out.
