Have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish place. Beautiful, newly remodeled condo in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. Where you will find many stores, restaurants, bars and the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The condo has many amenities. pool,jacuzzi, exercise room, and ping pong. There are several grills for barbequing near the pool area.
The A/C is controlled by association. During cold months , heat is on We have portable A/C if need
Dog crates are required with dogs , weight restrictions, . Dogs are not allowed on any furniture inside or out .
There is no smoking allowed inside or on patio. If an early check in fees will be applied

The condo was lovely and clean. The patio was fantastic and we enjoyed sitting outside everyday.Rueben and April were great in communicating with me during our stay. I had the pleasure meeting them when they were working on one of their other properties in the complex. The location was perfect. This was my second time staying in one of their properties and I would book with them again.

Host was very welcoming. Checked in on us several times during the week. Condo was very clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals.
