Exceptional home in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Emily Oaks, Skokie Water Park, shopping, and the subway — just 20 minutes to downtown Chicago. Surrounded by mature trees for privacy, the property features an indoor heated pool with direct patio access and a charming treehouse with a slide. Inside, a magnificent chef’s kitchen offers seating for eight and a sunny breakfast nook. A large TV room with a fireplace sits opposite the grand bridal staircase; adjacent are a formal dining room, a piano area, and a cozy conversation room. Upstairs, the expansive primary suite features a two-person whirlpool, a double shower, a king-size bed area, a TV, and a fireplace. The second bedroom has an ensuite bath and is hand-painted in a Jungle Book theme. On the other side, two jack-and-jill bedrooms share a full bath; both street-facing bedrooms feature Juliet balconies, and one opens to a circular balcony.
