Helmsand 2 is a very high-quality, 70m² vacation home on a 370m² lot with a fenced-in garden, which captivates with the lightness of its bright, Scandinavian, and maritime style.
The spacious layout extends over two floors (first floor and top floor) and is particularly inviting, offering space for 2–3 guests (maximum 4). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The first floor features the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The top floor features the bedroom, a hallway with a desk, and an additional restroom.
Livingand dining room/fireplace room
The living room is divided into two spacious, interconnected areas. One area features a sofa nook, a TV area (satellite and streaming services), a stereo system (Bluetooth, CD, USB), and a view of the garden. The pull-out sofa is also designed to accommodate up to two people for overnight stays or relaxing. The adjacent second area features a dining area with a dining table, chairs, and a sideboard stocked with games and glasses for four people, as well as a wood-burning stove.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as a dishwasher, hand blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker, WMF cookware, knife block, and much more, so you’ll have everything you need. Basic supplies, such as dishwasher tablets, sponges, dish soap, and spices, are provided.
Bathroom
For your morning or evening personal hygiene, there is a classic bathroom on the first floor with a sink, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available here for your use. Laundry detergent is included in the basic supplies.
Bedroom
The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with a large double bed, high-quality mattresses (Emma), a large wardrobe, and a toddler bed (Boot). There is a nightstand with a lamp on each side of the bed. In addition, a travel crib (0+) is available free of charge upon request. The double bed is made up upon arrival; the toddler bed can also be made up upon request.
Attic Restroom
The restroom in the attic is equipped with a toilet and a sink.
Attic Hallway
In the hallway, separated by the doors to the bedroom and bathroom, a desk with a desk lamp and plenty of electrical outlets. If needed, you’re welcome to use this space for office work, etc., with your own equipment. The in-house Wi-Fi is also available here.
Outdoor Area: Garden
The vacation home includes an approx. 300 m² garden, which is enclosed at the rear by a fence and a hedge. The 20 m² terrace is accessible directly from the living room. It features high-quality rattan garden chairs and a dining table for those special summer evenings. The awning can be extended if needed. If the apples on the old apple tree are ripe, you’re more than welcome to help yourselves.
In addition, the garden shed contains lounge chairs, toys, and a charcoal grill for your use. If needed, there’s also enough space there to store bicycles. You can park your car next to the house or in the carport.
