Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.

We had a great time during our stay in Chandler AZ. The house was spacious and very clean. The views were spectacular. The pool and spa were relaxing. I loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee watching the birds in the morning and the golfers getting in a round before the afternoon heat. We took 2 boat rides. Had a great time. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a terrific time and what a beautiful home. It exceeded expectations.If we had a question, Vrbo responded right away, even on the weekend.The video for using the heater for the hot tub was very helpful..We would highly recommend this home and Vrbo.

We had a great stay at this property. The home was exactly as described, clean, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with the property management company was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. It ended up being the perfect house for our family, with plenty of space and everything we needed to feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
