-> The sofa converts into a 140x200 cm bed. Bed linen is stored inside and towels are in the bathroom.
-> A first bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a chest of drawers, and a second bedroom equipped in the same way.
-> A bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. A bathroom kit is offered, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

-> Outdoor areas are shared with all residents, please be respectful of others.
-> A terrace with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
-> The courtyard is being developed for the creation of a private parking area.
