Secluded Cabin | Hocking Hills, Hot Tub, Pond

We didn’t see one other human, lol. Our dog loved it. The layout and amenities we amazing!

The cabin is exactly as described/pictured. We were nestled into a beautiful, private lot in a clean, cozy cabin. From start to finish, everything was as advertised. The hot tub was wonderful. Every minor issue we encountered was presented up front (cell service is basically non-existent in many areas), so we were prepared for that. We could have cooked more - the provided items are great. This cabin is perfect for couples/families looking for a rustic, peaceful escape!

Clean, comfortable. PLEASE install some hooks or towel rods! Between towels & bathing suits and bathroom towels there is no place to hang them to dry! It was only 2 of us and it was a problem. Can’t imagine towels for 6 and no place to hang anything! There is plenty of room in the bathroom towels install something!!

The house is nice, does not look exactly like the pictures. The check in process was easy. After we booked this reservation the house had a change of ownership, this did create a few issues/inconveniences but we were able to get things figured out before our stay. The house itself is very nice and in a good area, the hot tub and porch were fantastic. We did notice that the house was not very clean when we arrived. The grill was dirty and the bedding had visible stains on the blankets and pillows. We ended up just taking the bedding off due to this as one of the pillow cases were very dirty. Overall our stay was okay, it is a very pretty house and property. A few things we noticed were 1. There was no extra bedding or blankets in the house. 2. There was very little supplies in the house for cleaning, for example we were only given 3 dishwasher pods and one roll of paper towel. We did end up having to go out and buy paper towel, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods. 3. Very little linens, we were only provided with 2 dish towels and a few towels in the bathrooms. Between showering and the hot tub we had to hang up towels to dry and use the same towels everyday. Their were only 4 of us staying in this house when it is shown to sleep 7 so definitely some more towels, bedding, and supplies would be helpful. we also believe something may be wrong with the fridge. Everything in the freezer melted and the fridge did not keep our food cold. Overall we had a fairly good stay.
