About this cottage rental
One of four bright modern cottages in quiet Walkerville, Cape Breton at the base of the River Inhabitants where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a comfortable escape with an outdoor kitchen and a private ocean beach access.
This holiday compound boasts four newly built and well appointed 2 bedroom cottages with WiFi. Cook in the bright airy kitchens and hang out on the full width decks or at the outdoor gazebo with barbeque and firepit overlooking the water view.
Each cottage has the convenience of a washer dryer and a split bathroom (shower room and separate powder room). Watch TV from the comfort of the living room or either of the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom contains two Twin XL beds that can be combined into a King size for full flexibility.
Host your family, work or friends gatherings or use it as a base camp for exploring the beauty, music, art and culture of Cape Breton Island. Nearby towns include Port Hawkesbury (15 mins) for restaurants and grocery stores, quaint St Peters for restaurants and a lovely coffee shop, picturesque Isle Madame (20 min) and Baddeck (1.25 hr) to enter the world famous Cabot Trail and the historic Fortress of Louisbourg (2 hr).
