"Sunjoo's Place on Cigar Hill," Hosted by Byers & Harvey is a 2 BR/2.5 BA with a big bonus room in downtown! The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with double vanity and tile shower. 2nd room has a queen bed and ensuite. Down in the basement, you can find designated office/perfect kids hang out bonus room with big desk and trundle bed with 2 twin size mattress. However, there is NO bathroom and NO window in the basement. Up to 6 people (max 4 adults) can stay comfortably. A quiet and peaceful downtown condo. Inquire about long term stay and PCS move special!
It is a brand new and very stylish unit! I love traveling comfortably, and I would like to create the experience I want for my guests. My place is centrally located downtown but quiet and peaceful area by river and park where you can have a good rest.

GUEST ACCESS:
We have a designated parking area behind the building. Either door has smartlock, so there's no need to worry about losing keys! You will receive a custom door code within 72 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. • Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
