Second Level
The second floor features a living room with a queen-sized sofa bed, accent chair, electric fireplace, and mounted flat screen TV. There is a washer and dryer, full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a drip and k cup coffee maker, and breakfast bar with seating for three. There is a queen-sized room with a flat screen TV and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is a guest bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower.
**The top and second levels are connected by an inside staircase.
Bottom Level
The lower level can only be accessed from a separate entrance which provides total privacy. The living room features a queen-sized sofa bed, electric fireplace, and mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen area is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a drip and k cup coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. There is a queen-sized room with a flat screen TV, and an attached bathroom. There is a washer and dryer and a guest bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk in shower.
Outside
There are three levels of decks each with a dining table and plenty of seating to enjoy the main channel lake views. The lower-level deck features a gas grill. There is a massive 40x16 party deck to enjoy the sunshine or a cozy fire as the sun is setting. You have access to your own private dock with two 25’ slips.

Located on the 9 mm in Sunrise Beach which is a 20 minute drive to the popular Bagnell Dam Strip and 25 minutes to Osage Beach! Convenient access to local bars and restaurants such as Franky & Louie’s, Captain Rons, and Shady Gators!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $1500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
