Welcome to Lake Norman Living! Be one of our first guests to this wonderful two level home with a private heated pool & separate hot tub! This home is loaded with amenities including a converted game room garage with ping pong, foos ball and shuffleboard table - and with 1 of the 6 SMART TVs located throughout the home! Enjoy a nice, relaxing trip on the lake through one of the four kayaks provided free to our guests - two adult and 2 youth kayaks - or turn up the competition with a game of corn hole! At night, settle in near the firepit and reconnect with your friends and family! Have a boat or jet ski - pull up and tie them up to the private dock.....or interested in renting a Tritoon? Let us know as we have a partner that will deliver the boat to the dock and pick it up when your reservation is complete - super convenient!

Property Notes:
- The pool is heated to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th each year - please contact us if you are interested in heating the pool outside of this window of time as we MAY be able to offer heating at an additional price; will be weather and temperature dependent.
- This home, like many on Lake Norman, is on a private septic system - we have 5 rooms with beds for flexible sleeping with the house having a 3-bedroom septic system.
- This home has exterior cameras mounted to the side of the house/garage to protect the home during periods of vacancy.
- While pet friendly, the following breeds are strictly prohibited from being on the premises: pitbulls, rottweilers, German shepherds, akita's, chow chows or any mix of these breeds.
- Lake Norman is a man-made lake managed by the local power company (Duke) - water levels will vary throughout the year.

Overall, this house served our family of 10 of multiple generations perfectly. The pool was key for the young kids and the view to the lake was amazing with great sunsets. Although we had a small hiccup with the AC, the responsiveness was incredible and fixed by the evening. The house is clean, well appointment and made for a great week for our family vacation.

Property was as advertised and was in excellent condition. On a quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful cove and close to big water. Grocery shopping nearby. My family of 8 adults and 5 kids fit in house comfortably. House was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a weekend, a week or more.

Our stay on Lake Norman at Breaking Badger was phenomenal. The property was exactly as described and met every need. It was very well stocked with many of the essentials which was greatly appreciated. Our five granddaughters particularly enjoyed the pool. In fact, it was sometimes a challenge to get them out of the pool for bed. The game room was also a hit with the girls. If you're looking for a place to bring the family, I would highly recommend staying at Breaking Badger.
