About this house rental
Welcome to our home in Morro Bay! We love living here and are excited to offer it on Airbnb. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a lovely kitchen and living area, views of the beach and rock, everything you need for a gathering of friends or family.
The space
Welcome to our sunny, comfortable home! Built in 2009, this house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area, making for fun and relaxing meal prep and hang-out times. Two bedrooms upstairs have views of the ocean. The upstairs decks have great views of the Pacific and Morro Rock. The backyard has a grassy lawn and an outdoor shower. There is a large, natural gas Weber barbecue on the patio, available for your grilling needs. Hardwood floors throughout the house. This house is clean and comfortable and a great place to relax and enjoy yourself!
Guest access
Make yourself at home! The kitchen comes stocked with all necessary cooking items, including small appliances like a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, etc. Washer and dryer are available for your use. We have a TV, DVD player, and Firestick for internet TV, but no cable. (There is also a Redbox video rental kiosk right around the corner). Wireless Internet. We have children, so you will find some toys and games ready if you need them.

We want you to have a wonderful time while you're in our house! This is a very special place and we look forward to sharing it with you. If there is anything in particular you want or need or wonder about, let us know and we will do our best to help you out.
In return, we ask that you treat our house gently and be courteous neighbors. Please keep noise inside after dark.
Smoking is not permitted.
Due to allergies, no animals are allowed.
Please eat and drink in the kitchen / dining area, and keep food and drinks out of the rest of the house.
No RVs may be parked at the house without prior authorization. People not included in the number of guests staying at the house are not allowed to camp outside the house or use the house for bathroom needs, etc.
