The custom chef’s kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops, Bosch and Maytag appliances, and a stone-clad vented hood, while the serene bedroom includes a built-in closet. The bathroom is finished with radiant heated floors, matte black fixtures, and a spacious vanity.



Guests also enjoy access to the building’s shared rooftop with an outdoor seating and BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Offering both comfort and convenience, this home is located near the A, C, and G trains and just moments away from neighborhood favorites like Clementine Bakery, Black Swan, and Pilar Cuban Eatery.



The Neighborhood:

Bed–Stuy is a neighborhood in the northern section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Bedford–Stuyvesant is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north, Classon Avenue to the west, Broadway to the east, and Atlantic Avenue to the south). The main shopping street, Fulton Street, runs east–west the length of the neighborhood and intersects high-traffic north–south streets including Bedford Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, and Stuyvesant Avenue.
