MOLIETS – In the heart of the village, this beautiful 1920s house has been tastefully renovated and can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideally located with all amenities within walking distance and the beach just 3 km away, it offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday between nature and the ocean — surrounded by beach, golf course, forest, and cycling paths.
Ground floor layout: A living area with lounge (sofa and TV) and dining space. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). A shared bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. A utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and TV. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Enjoy a spacious garden and a pleasant terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue — perfect for summer meals in the open air. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are welcome.
A weekly charge of €70 will be requested from mid-October to mid-May (inclusive) to contribute to utility and heating costs.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price (optional cleaning service available for €230).
