About this house rental
This Holden Beach house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed room that sleeps 9 (top BUNKS best for kids only)! With 3 full bathrooms AND an outdoor shower, guests will feel right at home. The open concept reverse floor plan and huge dining room area gives you and your guests plenty of space to mix and mingle. With TONS of outdoor space, including multiple porches you will have several vantage points to take in the beautiful marsh, beach, and of course the incredible sunset views that Holden Beach offers. There is a private beach access just a few yards east and a public handicap accessible beach access a few yards west for your enjoyment. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles. There are two lovely living rooms, one with a cozy sofa bed offers for extra space for relaxation. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Beautiful home and pet friendly was a plus! Went to surprise visit my grand father and they joined us at the rental for supper and it was cery accommodating! Will definitely rent from here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The layout of the house was great and worked perfectly for our group. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short, easy walk to the beach access. The outdoor shower was a huge plus for rinsing off sandy kids (and adults!). The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish.

It was our first time staying at Holden Beach. We took a family beach trip and most definitely enjoyed our stay! It accommodated us so well. The room with all the bunk beds were great for all of our little ones. The views were perfect and the private beach access is just a short walk away. Kitchen, dining and living area were all nice and clean. They do not provide linens and towels, but that was ok with us! The host, Kathryn was super responsive with any issues we had, which was very minimal. Will definitely be back!
