This is a beautiful rental! We dealt with some small roof leaks because of an absolutely absurd amount of rain, but the owner was quick to communicate. The game room and hot tub provided lots of fun in spite of the rain.

We found the property so inviting and comfortable after 2 days of enjoying the sights close by … Mammoth Cave, Kentucky Down Under and Dutch Safari. Our grandchildren loved the game room and relaxed in the hot tub and were especially excited to discover the welcome bag filled with the makings for s’mores and popcorn !Mary Beth was so quick to respond to questions and our entire experience was a “10” from booking to checkout! The cabin is spotless and has everything one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The drive there is beautiful and the development in which the house is located is quiet and safe. My only suggestion is to go prepared with food to eat if you plan to arrive in the evening and don’t want to get back out . There is not much close by and it takes a good 20-30 minutes to get to a market or restaurant. We could have stayed in a hotel closer to our destinations but thoroughly enjoyed the country drive to and from the cabin . It was an experience in and of itself! I highly recommend and especially if there are plans to spend time on the lake !

We really enjoyed our stay here! The game room & hot tub were a hit with the grandkids and adults. The assorted flavors of coffee were a fun touch, pretty sure we tried them all! We did the swimming beach, Down under zoo and a mammoth cave tour.

We loved this property! It is the cutest little cabin in the hills with all the amenities a family needs to step away and relax. Bring food or plan ahead there are not many places nearby, but the property has anything you need to cook and relax. Clean, cozy and an amazing setting!
