The open-concept floor plan, both indoors and outdoors, creates a warm atmosphere ideal for entertaining and quality time with loved ones. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, playing games, grilling, or dining in various areas, there's something for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals or for a private chef to elevate your culinary experience. With high-speed internet and keyless entry, your vacation will be seamless and convenient. Outside, the spacious fenced yard provides a safe play area for children and a perfect space for your pets.
Bedroom Configuration: This property includes eight king bedrooms each featuring ensuite bathrooms.
Guest Access:
Our self check-in makes the process seamless. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.
Boating & Private Dock Slip: We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely -
- Dock accommodates a boats up to 50’ in length.
- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.
- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

Lunara Bay is an ideal destination for guests arriving by boat. Additional slips may be available at the onsite marina, and the Key Haven Boat Ramp is conveniently located just across the highway for easy launching and retrieval. Please review the following information to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:
- Private dock accommodates vessels up to 50 feet in length.
- The dock is equipped with standard shore power.
- No pump-out service is available at the slip.
- The waters of the Florida Keys are notoriously difficult to navigate, so please use extra caution when traveling to and from the property.

Getting Around:
Travel by car, boat, or plane to Modern Keys, The driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

What a wonderful experience! this home is gorgeous, spacious, and very clean! We had a family vacation, pretty much all adults, 2 teens. And we loved that every room had it's own bathroom!! Plenty of space, built very solid, didn't hear anything from other rooms (noise). Big beautiful kitchen, and huge pantry. The ice machine was awesome too! Also had towels and (Salt and Stone) bath products, nice! The views were incredible, had or own little bay in the ocean, nice and quiet. We rented a boat for the week, so easy to get in and out of dock. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous, had a big shaded area downstairs with a TV, swinging chairs, sofa, refrigerators, plenty of chairs. Communication with host was always very easy, if we needed anything they responded quickly. Plus just minutes away from Key West! Loved the location! Would highly recommend!!

The house was perfect for my family. Lots a space and privacy with a large group of people.The property manager was amazing when requests were made. Never had to wait long for a reply and all requests were completed almost immediately.
