My apartment is located on the ground floor, it is ideally located between the Sacré Cœur and the Grévin Museum. Close to Gare du Nord and the train station, the location is ideal for those taking the Eurostar or Thalys. Very lively district of Montmartre and rue des Martyrs. Ideally located in the 9th arrondissement, 5 minutes from the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette) and Place de l'Opera.

The 47m2 apartment is composed of:
- A living room, with sofa bed
- A fully equipped open kitchen (electric hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bedroom with queen size double bed
- 1 bedroom on the lower level with queen size bed
- 1 shower room with toilet
- Smart TV, wifi
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each person. Cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
There is a good internet network, you need to connect to make wifi calls
