The villa is pet-friendly and features seasonal air conditioning and internet access (note: pool and Wi-Fi are unavailable from November to April). Optional rentals include cots, high chairs, and pool towels to enhance your stay. Located in a quiet residential area of L’Escala, the villa is just a 13-minute walk to Riells Beach and 10 minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park. The beach promenade offers a lively mix of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and water sports, while the nearby park is ideal for scenic hikes and nature walks. With activities and amenities within walking distance, the location offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for guests of all ages. Inside, the home includes a modern American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, and a bright interior that opens to a furnished terrace with beautiful views over the town. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price, and towels can be rented. A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival, and the house is professionally cleaned and disinfected before each stay. Covered parking and seasonal heating are also available.
