Depending on the size, 2-3 cars can park directly next to the house. Any additional cars can park in a lower level which requires ascending a natural beach stone hill without stairs or handrails.
HOUSE RULES:
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- No smoking/vaping indoors
- No pets allowed
- Strict no party policy: No events, performances, or large gatherings
- Max occupancy: 8 guests
**Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund**

The host was very attentive to our needs. The house was literally over the water, which is exactly what we wanted! Newly renovated and clean, although missing a few amenities that I’m sure will be addressed. The only issue was access from the main road to the house, but the host gave very clear direction.
