This is a beautiful and tranquil house with its very own private lake. It is the perfect place for any occasion to unwind and relax with your family and friends.
THIS HOUSE IS:
• 2 minutes away from US1, making local stores easily accessible,
• 10 minutes from Walmart, Sam's Club, BJ's, & more,
• 15 minutes away from Downtown Fort Pierce, where there are a dozen of nice restaurants / exciting nightlife
• 25 minutes away from Fort Pierce Jetty Beach and Gulf Stream Beach
Located on 5 acres of forest with a lakeside view, this property is surrounded by nature. Guests can fish.
PLEASE NOTE: Swimming and boating in the lake is prohibited. There are NO alligators in the lake. Please release any fish you catch fishing as they are not to be eaten.
SMOKING, VAPING, AND MARIJUANA USE IS PROHIBITED INSIDE of the building and will be fined. These activities can be done outside, however, please respect our nature.
Any FIRES such as but not limited to BONFIRES, FIRE PITS, or FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED on the property. Be mindful of the surrounding nature and neighborhood.
Additional charges will apply if more than 6 guests stay overnight.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Guests can arrive after 3 PM for check-in and must check out by 11 AM.
This property can only host 6 people overnight, but is welcome to be a venue for small events or celebrations besides relaxation.
In cases of any emergency or questions, there is contact information in the house and hosts will privately message you contact information prior to arrival.
There is a trailer on the property. Nobody lives inside of it! The trailer is for sale.
We respect the privacy of our guests. There is ONLY ONE EXTERIOR camera that faces the general parking area of the property to ensure guest safety and property security.
