Suite Jersey was intentionally designed for exceptional group experiences. Our residence has become the backdrop for wedding weekends, family reunions, brand launches, and milestone celebrations. If you plan to host a gathering during your stay, we’re delighted to accommodate—with advance approval.
Event Fee Structure:
• $500 event fee applies to all approved gatherings
• Additional considerations may include adjusted occupancy limits, extended cleaning protocols, and enhanced house guidelines tailored to your event scope
• Available add-ons for an additional fee: backdrop stands, tripods, balloon arch, balloon delivery, table and chair rentals, and more
Event Planning Process:
All approved events require either a virtual or in-person tour of the space at least 72 hours in advance of your stay to review event details and furniture placement.
⚠️ INSTANT BOOK + EVENTS: If you use Instant Book and plan to host an event, you must disclose this immediately after booking. Failure to provide event details within 24 hours of booking will result in reservation cancellation per our event policy.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation.
