Completely refurbished in 2024, the property features beautiful and modern furnishings throughout and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the mezzanine level, you will find a bright living and sleeping area furnished with 1 sofa bed, a dining table, and a television, with direct access to the terrace. This level also features an open kitchen fully equipped for your convenience. On the first upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and a second room with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2. This floor is served by a shower room complete with bidet and WC. On the second upper floor, a double bedroom offers a private and refined retreat, also equipped with its own shower room with bidet and WC, along with direct access to a balcony.
