Two bedrooms on the bottom floor feature queen beds, while the third bedroom on the main floor offers a king bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet. Ascend the spiral staircase from the main floor to the open loft, which includes its own TV, computer desk, and a convertible sofa — perfect as a kids’ hangout! From the loft, you can even catch glimpses of the ocean.

The home features two full kitchens — one on the main floor and one on the bottom floor — along with 2.5 bathrooms, two laundry sets, and a modern bar nook ideal for family gatherings or entertaining. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air, fire up the BBQ, or relax on the patio.

The open-concept living space is filled with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and plenty of room for everyone.
