About this house rental
This fully renovated classic Detroit house pairs original character — built-in bookshelves, a decorative fireplace tucked beneath the living room TV — with thoughtful modern upgrades throughout.
Sleep. Three bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed and a large closet. Two twin-size air beds (self-inflating, sheets included) are located in the middle drawer of the upstairs hallway closet.
Gather. The living room's leather sectional is the heart of the house — settle in for a movie, spin a record on the turntable, or fire up the game console, all backed by a built-in sound system.
Cook & dine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, stainless steel oven, and small appliances — Keurig, Instant Pot, air fryer, toaster, and microwave. Eat in the vivid blue dining room off the kitchen, or in the back den overlooking the backyard.
Work. A dedicated office nook with Xfinity WiFi throughout the home.
Relax. Upstairs, the spa-style bathroom is a genuine highlight — heated floors, a towel warmer, and a walk-in rainfall shower with a handheld wand.
Laundry. A free washer and dryer are in the basement laundry area, open to guests.

For starters, great communication by Evan! We don’t travel often and were a bit nervous but she put all our worries to rest. Responsive messaging and living across the street was a great start; and we even got indoor slippers that we got to keep! An older restored home with character including heated bathroom flooor and towel rack. Lots of amenities including towels, beddings and kitchen with many day to day appliances and silverware. Very clean and comfy! Stereo in dining room that we used while playing a few provided board games when the kids took a break from the Atari. Would definitely recommend and come back when in the Detroit area again! Thank you Evan!

Check in process was clear and easy. The house was wonderful- comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom nicely updated. Loved the small record collection.
