Communication et résolution de problème à revoir...

Madame, Monsieur, Sur trois nuits, l’électricité a été coupée dans la moitié de l’appartement (chambres, salle de bain, hall d’entrée) durant deux nuits. Malgré plusieurs messages, aucune intervention n’a été effectuée, ce qui a gravement affecté la confortabilité de notre séjour.
